5/22/24: Introducing Clarity Help Articles

A new category devoted to our Clarity feature has been added to the help center's Signal by EverTrue resource hub! This category includes the following help articles: 

As additional Clarity resources are created, they will be added to this category. If you don't want to miss new content, be sure to click the page's Follow button to receive email notifications!

5/16/24: Updating EverTrue's To-Dos and Reminders

Our product team is currently working on updating EverTrue's To-Dos and Reminders feature. On June 1st, we will be sunsetting this feature and transitioning to supporting in-platform task management with Collaborative Tasks through Signal by EverTrue. If you have existing to-dos, you can easily convert these into tasks by following these steps:

  1. Open your Tasks tab via the left-hand navigation bar.
  2. Click the + Add Task button located in the top-right corner.
  3. Build out your task.
  4. Click Save.

If your team is not yet using Signal and is interested in learning how it can benefit your organization, we encourage you to reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM). They will be happy to provide you with additional information and discuss how EverTrue can continue to support your fundraising efforts.

5/15/24: Introducing Signal by EverTrue!

We are thrilled to announce the launch of Signal by EverTrue! Last year, we unveiled our vision for the future of fundraising in the form of this revolutionary Donor Experience Platform. Now that Signal is officially available, we can't wait to see how teams leverage its power to streamline fundraising efforts and enhance donor experiences.
