3/27/25: Updating Portfolio Stages Directly from Cadence Steps
You can now update a constituent's portfolio stage directly from their cadence steps, making it easier to keep their stage current without leaving your workflow!
To update a portfolio stage from a cadence step:
- Click the three-dot button next to the constituent's name
- Select Update Prospect Stage
- Choose the appropriate portfolio stage and click Save
Note: To take this action, the constituent must be assigned to you and in an existing portfolio stage.

3/27/25: Taking Bulk Action on Cadence Steps
Managing multiple cadence steps just got easier with Bulk Step Actions! With this feature, you can update multiple steps at once, saving time keeping your workflow on track. Whether you need to adjust due dates, skip steps, or update completion statuses, bulk actions help you run your cadences more efficiently.
Here's what you can do:
- Mark as Complete
- Mark as Incomplete
- Update Due Date
- Skip Current Step
- Remove from Cadence
- Move to New Cadence
- Delete Tasks

3/11/25: Adding Tasks in Constituent Profiles on the EverTrue Android App
Signal's Constituent Tasks capabilities have expanded on the EverTrue Android app! You can now add and review tasks directly in constituent profiles on mobile. Just like on desktop, a Tasks tab containing tasks tied to the constituent can be found on all profiles. To add new tasks linked to the constituent, click the button at the top-right of their profile, and select Add Task.
