EverTrue Product Updates: October 2024
10/30/24: Introducing EverTrue’s AI Assistant for iOS
We’re thrilled to introduce EverTrue’s AI Assistant–designed to help you work more efficiently by simplifying key tasks directly within the iOS app! Whether you’re preparing for a donor meeting or logging a recent interaction, this AI-powered tool makes it easier to get things done without manual data entry.
The AI Assistant offers two primary functions:
- Create things: Generate interactions, tasks, meetings, and email drafts with ease.
- Answer constituent questions: Get quick answers and summaries about individual constituents’ data.
Imagine needing to meet with a donor for dinner. With the AI Assistant, you can create a meeting, receive restaurant suggestions near the donor’s home, and quickly complete a contact report after the meeting–all in just a few simple messages! The assistant streamlines your processes, so you can focus on building meaningful donor relationships.
Ready to try it out? Check out our detailed guide to get started! The assistant is available in the EverTrue iOS app for users who have enabled EverTrue’s AI-powered features. If your team is interested in accessing these, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM).
10/1/24: Updating EverTrue Filters
We're back with our latest filter consolidation update! This batch of enhancements includes a renamed filter category and the introduction of a new one. Here's what you can expect the next time you use EverTrue's filters:
- New Filter Category: Interactions: Custom Fields
This new category comprises custom fields imported as part of your organization's Interactions File, making it easier to target specific engagement data! Custom fields that are set to Active in the Data Manager will be listed within this category and available as a filter.
- ThankView Interaction Data Filtering
Thanks to the introduction of our Interactions: Custom Fields filter category, you can now easily target constituents who have engaged with ThankView campaigns! If you have an integration between EverTrue and ThankView, you will find your custom ThankView interaction fields in this category.
- Renamed Filter Category
The Custom Fields filter category is now called Constituents: Custom Fields. This change was made to clarify that the category includes fields imported as part of your organization's Constituent File.
