<h2>4/17/24: Updating EverTrue Filters</h2> <p>The next time you use EverTrue’s filters, you’ll have an easier time finding filters powered by EverTrue enriched data! Our product team made changes to how this data is accessed as part of their efforts to <a href="/t/x2yxzc6/evertrue-product-updates-february-2024#21524-updating-filters-beta" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">consolidate filtering experiences</a>. Here’s what’s new: </p> <ul> <li>Introducing a new filter category: <strong>General Enrichment Data</strong>! This category comprises location filters powered by EverTrue enriched data, including <strong>Constituent City</strong>, <strong>Constituent Country</strong>, <strong>Constituent Metro Area</strong>, and <strong>Constituent State</strong>. Previously, these enriched filters were found within the <strong>Location</strong> category alongside your team’s imported location data. By placing them in their own dedicated category, it’s now easier to filter on and differentiate EverTrue enriched data from data imported from your CRM. </li> <li>An updated filter category: our <strong>Career Moves</strong> category is now called <strong>Career Enrichment (Career Moves)</strong>! This category comprises career filters powered by EverTrue enriched data, including <strong>Company Name</strong>, <strong>Industry</strong>, and <strong>Job Title</strong>. Previously, these enriched filters were found within the <strong>Career</strong> category alongside your team’s imported career data. Previously, you could only use these filters to find constituents with data <strong>Equal To</strong> the selected input (don’t worry, this operator will still be available!). <h2>3/20/24: Updating EverTrue Filters</h2> <p style="text-align:start">The next time you use EverTrue’s filters, you will see the first set of updates that are part of our product team’s effort to<a href="/t/x2yxzc6/evertrue-product-updates-february-2024#21524-updating-filters-beta" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"> consolidate filtering experiences</a>! This round of enhancements includes three changes:</p> <ol> <li>A new filter! A <strong>Volunteer Stage</strong> filter will now be available to customers using Volunteer by EverTrue. You can use this filter to segment your search to constituents matching the selected volunteer stage. Volunteer Stage can be combined with <strong>Equal To</strong>/<strong>Not Equal To</strong>, and <strong>Is Set</strong>/<strong>Is Not Set</strong> operators.</li> <li>A renamed filter! The <strong>Education</strong> filter will now be called <strong>School Name</strong>, making it clearer to understand what type of data will be segmented when using this filter.</li> <li>Expanded operator options for certain filters! For example, if using the same filter block to search for someone who both has a primary address and lives in the city of Chicago, results would return back any constituent with a primary address (regardless of if it was in Chicago) and anyone who has an address in Chicago.
