<h2>4/17/24: Updating EverTrue Filters</h2> The next time you use EverTrue’s filters, you’ll have an easier time finding filters powered by EverTrue enriched data! Our product team made changes to how this data is accessed as part of their efforts to <a href="/t/x2yxzc6/evertrue-product-updates-february-2024#21524-updating-filters-beta" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">consolidate filtering experiences</a>. Here’s what’s new:  <ul> <li>Introducing a new filter category: General Enrichment Data! This category comprises location filters powered by EverTrue enriched data, including Constituent City, Constituent Country, Constituent Metro Area, and Constituent State. Previously, these enriched filters were found within the Location category alongside your team’s imported location data. By placing them in their own dedicated category, it’s now easier to filter on and differentiate EverTrue enriched data from data imported from your CRM. </li> <li>An updated filter category: our Career Moves category is now called Career Enrichment (Career Moves)! This category comprises career filters powered by EverTrue enriched data, including Company Name, Industry, and Job Title. Previously, these enriched filters were found within the Career category alongside your team’s imported career data. Just like with the enriched location filters, this change makes it easier to segment by EverTrue enriched data versus data imported by your CRM. If you’re a Career Moves user, this updated category also contains the already-familiar Career Move Type, Career Move Last File Date, and Career Move Start Date filters in this updated category. </li> <li>Expanded operator options for these recategorized filters! All location filters (both enriched and CRM-sourced) and enriched career filters can now be combined with Not Equal To and Is Set/Is Not Set operators. Previously, you could only use these filters to find constituents with data Equal To the selected input (don’t worry, this operator will still be available!). This batch of enhancements includes the expansion of operators for two filters: <ul> <li>Constituency - The Constituency filter can now be combined with Is Set/Is Not Set operators. Its existing operators of Is/Is Not are renamed as Equals/Does Not Equal.</li> <li>Last Gift Date - The Last Gift Date filter can now be combined with numerous operators! These include Is In The Last/Is Not In The Last, Is Before/Is After, and Is On/Is Not On. EverTrue Product Updates: March 2024

<h2>3/20/24: Updating EverTrue Filters</h2> The next time you use EverTrue’s filters, you will see the first set of updates that are part of our product team’s effort to<a href="/t/x2yxzc6/evertrue-product-updates-february-2024#21524-updating-filters-beta" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"> consolidate filtering experiences</a>! This round of enhancements includes three changes: <ol> <li>A new filter! A Volunteer Stage filter will now be available to customers using Volunteer by EverTrue. You can use this filter to segment your search to constituents matching the selected volunteer stage. Volunteer Stage can be combined with Equal To/Not Equal To, and Is Set/Is Not Set operators.</li> <li>A renamed filter! The Education filter will now be called School Name, making it clearer to understand what type of data will be segmented when using this filter.</li> <li>Expanded operator options for certain filters! The School Name, Degree, Major, Your Capacity Score, and Donor Score filters can now be combined with Not Equal To and Is Set/Is Not Set operators. EverTrue Product Updates: February 2024

<h2>2/15/24: Updating Filters Beta</h2> Our product team is working to consolidate EverTrue's filtering experiences by merging the best functionalities of both <a href="/category/evertrue-filters" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Filters Beta</a> and classic Filters. Starting mid-February 2024, we will begin to limit Filters Beta usage and feature functionality in preparation for this work. If your team is participating in Filters Beta, please take note of the following updates: <ul> <li>If you are a user without a saved dynamic list or bookmarked search, the Filters Early Adopter toggle will be removed from your Constituents tab, and Filters Beta will no longer be accessible. </li> <li>If you are a user with at least one dynamic list or bookmarked search, you can still use this toggle to access Filters Beta, but you will not be able to modify existing or create new dynamic lists or bookmarked searches.</li> </ul> To stay up-to-date with Filters consolidation and enhancement progress, subscribe to our <a href="/category/updates" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">EverTrue Updates articles</a>! If you have questions about these changes, please reach out to your CSM. <hr> <h2>2/16/24: Updating Saved Search Notifications in EverTrue</h2> If you have notifications set up for EverTrue's Saved Search feature, you can expect to receive more frequent alerts for changes to your Saved Search results! Our product team has enhanced this functionality to ensure that your Saved Search notifications are triggered by all filters set for a search, guaranteeing reliable updates when new constituents meet your search criteria. Previously, only specific filters applied to a search impacted notifications. To learn more about <a href="/t/g9hw1d1/managing-saved-search-notifications" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">managing Saved Search notifications</a> for both email and mobile, check out our dedicated help article! <hr> <h2>2/12/24: Caching AI Profile Summaries</h2> Our <a href="/t/x2yhldd/using-evertrues-ai-profile-summary" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">AI Profile Summary feature</a> on iOS and desktop now incorporates caching, allowing you to access a constituent's summary with consistent language for a 24 hour period! Profile summaries are generated and stored on a per-user basis, meaning you and a teammate will see unique results when viewing the same constituent profile.  These enhanced summaries are accessible to iOS and desktop users of organizations that have enabled <a href="/t/83hvkvl/ai-and-evertrue-faq" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">EverTrue's AI functionality</a>. Are you an Android user looking to access cached summaries? Don't fear, our product team is hard at work bringing this functionality to all users! If you are interested in using AI-supported features like this, please contact your CSM. <hr> <h2>2/1/24: Searching by Constituent Phone Number on Desktop and iOS</h2> When you receive a callback from an unknown number, you can now quickly identify the constituent who reached out by searching that phone number in either the EverTrue desktop or iOS app. To do so, navigate to your app's search bar (for iOS, this is found at the top of the Constituents tab) and input the phone number. <img alt="" src="https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/media.forumbee.com/i/4451cb66-3eb1-4444-904f-1c5bdbe8213a/h/547.png" style="padding:0px"> <ul> <li>Note: For best results, please enter phone numbers with numeric values when searching (e.g., 8225555074).</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>2/1/24: Saving Scroll Position when Viewing Interactions</h2> When opening an interaction's detailed view from either the Interactions tab in the left-hand navigation bar or a constituent profile, you can now click back to the list of interactions without losing your position! <h2>1/31/24: Fixing EverTrue iOS App Bugs</h2> We recently released a bug fix to improve the EverTrue iOS app experience: <ul> <li>When planning trips and meetings using the iOS app, scheduling tools will fit to your screen as expected. </li> </ul> <hr> <h2>1/10/24: Importing Household IDs</h2> As part of our product team's effort to simplify <a href="/t/q6y33sk/evertrue-product-updates-december-2023" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">connecting constituents who are members of the same household</a>, you can now import Household IDs directly into the EverTrue platform! We've added an optional Household ID field to the <a href="https://data.evertrue.com/importer" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Data Manager Importer</a>, visible when uploading the following two file types: <ol> <li><a href="/t/q6hwkl4/data-format-guides#constituent-file-guide" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Comprehensive Constituent Files</a></li> <li><a href="/t/35hsjkc/using-micro-files#micro-file-1-identity" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Identity Micro Files</a></li> </ol> <img alt="" src="https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/media.forumbee.com/i/6a94c393-8836-47e1-8dea-b7f8e6179e8a/h/547.png" style="padding:0px"> If your organization's CRM supports tracking household relationships, you can use this field to ensure constituents of the same household are linked. <h2>12/20/23: Creating Joint Interactions for Household Members</h2> Our product team is working to simplify the process of connecting constituents who are two halves of the same household. We're excited to introduce the first enhancement in this effort: the ability to create joint interactions for household members!  If your organization allows <a href="/t/35hw1dc/adding-interactions-to-evertrue#writing-interactions" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">writing interactions directly in the EverTrue platform</a>, you'll notice a checkbox beneath the Additional Constituents search in your interaction form. Check this box to quickly create a joint interaction for two constituent records that are part of the same household. <img alt="" src="https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/media.forumbee.com/i/37deba32-45f5-4b98-90c9-0d41868cd9af/h/547.png" style="padding:0px"> Please note, this checkbox will be visible only if the following conditions are true: <ul> <li>Your organization imports <a href="/t/q6hwkl4/data-format-guides#relationships-field-group" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">constituent relationship type data</a>, and at least one of these relationship types is mapped as "spousal" in our platform.</li> <li>Your organization allows adding multiple constituents to a single interaction. </li> </ul> If you don't see this feature but expect to, please contact your CSM or reach out to EverTrue Support at <a href="mailto:genius@evertrue.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">genius@evertrue.com</a>. <h2>10/31/23: Adding a New Career Moves Export File</h2> We are excited to introduce our Career Moves (New Updates) export file, built to make easier work of navigating Career Moves data. This file includes only constituents who saw changes to their career data since the previous month's file delivery. You can access it in the Export Data tab of your account's Settings page, and will find October's data already available for download! <img alt="" class="fb-img" src="https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/media.forumbee.com/i/80ded36c-5ae5-423d-9399-e16bd33cf674/h/547.png" style="" width="1114"> The file features a new Change Status field that specifies what type of data change occurred for each constituent. It includes the following statuses:  <ul> <li>New: Indicates this is the first time we have seen the constituent record in our Career Moves screening.</li> <li>Update: Indicates the constituent has been part of previous Career Moves files, but something on the record has changed (e.g. recently changed job, new confidence match, etc.).</li> <li>Delete: Indicates the constituent has been part of previous Career Moves files, but is no longer included in our most recent update. We recommend reviewing and, if appropriate, deleting prior updates for constituents flagged with this status from your CRM to ensure data accuracy.</li> </ul> <img alt="" class="fb-img" src="https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/media.forumbee.com/i/6a198caa-d75c-422f-b5ec-f6a2561e57d3/h/547.png" style="" width="872"> As you use our Career Moves (New Updates) file, be sure to share questions and feedback with your CSM so we can continue enhancing <a href="/category/career-moves" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">our Career Moves offering</a>!  <hr> <h2>10/19/23: Introducing EverTrue's AI-Generated Emails for Mobile</h2> Our product team is continuing to build features that leverage AI, and couldn't be more excited to share the latest: AI-Generated Emails! This feature will streamline your communication process by quickly creating email drafts for your most common stewardship touchpoints. <h2>9/14/23: Updating In-App Branding</h2> You might have noticed small design changes make their way into the EverTrue app! Logo updates and color scheme adjustments are the result of <a href="https://www.evertrue.com/2023/07/15/the-future-of-evertrue-a-look-inside-our-new-brand/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">our company's recent rebrand</a>. Ahead of this fix, you could only navigate to different profile tabs by clicking individual tab names.</li> <li>When using the Email Me a Link sign in option, the access link sent to your email will log you in as expected. </li> </ul> <hr> <h2>9/7/23: Adding the Donor Potential Score to Mobile</h2> We are excited to share that our <a href="/t/g9h9l4h/all-about-donor-potential-score" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">newly-released Donor Potential Score (DPS)</a> is now available on EverTrue iOS and Android mobile apps! The DPS is a precise, always-fresh score to help you segment and prioritize your donors. This score can help with balancing portfolios, trip and event planning, designing donor relations strategies, and more. <h2>7/31/23: Introducing the Donor Potential Score</h2> EverTrue's Donor Potential Scores (DPS) is a rating that gauges the strength of a constituent's giving history, providing you with an easy-to-use tool to identify your best donors. These fields were previously ordered as Original Ask, Current Ask, Expected, and Funded. They are now ordered as Expected, Original Ask, Current Ask, and Funded. <img alt="" class="fb-img" src="https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/media.forumbee.com/i/19c3c0f4-c182-43fc-a619-ee1a9cb060e8/h/547.png" style="" width="1906"> <hr> <h2>5/1/23: Adding New Filters to Filters Beta</h2> If you are a <a href="/category/filters-beta" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Filters beta</a> participant, you will find two new filtering options when segmenting!  <ol> <li>Solicitor Type: Constituents who have a proposal with solicitor type matching the selected criteria (e.g. primary or secondary). <ol> <li>This new filter is found within the Proposals filter group. Use it in combination with the Proposal group's Solicitor filter to search your donor database for constituents who exactly match with a primary solicitor with a specific name. </li> </ol></li> <li>Industry (ET): Constituents who work(ed) in a particular industry matching the specified criteria (e.g. Aircraft), based on EverTrue Enrichment data. <ol> <li>This new filter is found within the Career filter group. It was included in Filters beta to match the filtering options found in our existing filters. </li> </ol></li> </ol> <hr> <h2>5/1/23: Updating Filter Group Logic Behavior in Filters Beta</h2> We are excited to announce that we updated filtering logic behavior in Filters beta to better-reflect the expected user experience. With this update, you can now combine like-themed filters for even more granular segmentation.  Before this update, each filter used in a segmented search that included Matching All of logic was considered separate from each other. For example, if using the same filter block to search for someone who both has a primary address and lives in the city of Chicago, results would return back any constituent with a primary address (regardless of if it was in Chicago) and anyone who has an address in Chicago. With this new release, the applied filters will work as a combined group and results will return back constituents who have a primary address that is in Chicago. <img alt="" class="fb-img" src="https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/media.forumbee.com/i/50fac5ec-a102-4493-8b0d-e0ccd60c04ee/h/547.png" style="" width="1908"> If you'd like your filters to work separately from one another for a search like this, you can either change the logic dropdown in the first filter block to Matching One or More of or apply the second filter to the second filter block! <h2>3/31/23: Cancelling Imports at Any Step</h2> When importing files in our <a href="https://data.evertrue.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Data Manager</a>, you can now cancel a job at any step of the upload process. This removes this need to wait until pre-processing completes. You will find a Cancel button on the following pages: <ul> <li>File Upload (shown in the screenshot below)</li> <li>Mapping</li> <li>Pre-Processing</li> </ul> <img alt="" class="fb-img" src="https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/media.forumbee.com/i/a3a9ed7a-6fa9-4c02-b74a-aa7587d5717f/h/547.png" style="" width="512"> When clicking Cancel from any of these pages, you will be required to confirm the action to safeguard against an accidental cancellation. <hr> <h2>3/30/23: Adding ThankView Engagement Metrics to Constituent Profile Engagement Tabs</h2> Our product team rolled out the next phase of our continued enhancements to the integration between ThankView and EverTrue. In addition to the dropdown that was added to constituent profile Engagement tabs earlier this month, you will notice ThankView metrics added to the tab's Engagement Metrics dashboard. These metrics populate beneath the existing Facebook metrics that you are already familiar with! <img alt="" src="https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/media.forumbee.com/i/32b08068-0f3e-4edb-987b-73a769ec5c08/h/547.png" style="padding:0px"> For now, ThankView metrics will display dashes as our team continues making progress in their backend work that will allow the appropriate data to populate. If you have an <a href="/t/y4hwg8w/getting-started-with-your-thankview-integration" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">integration established between ThankView and EverTrue</a>, we have a couple of tips you can implement as we prepare for next steps: <ul> <li>Make sure your ThankView Donor IDs matches your EverTrue Remote IDs (i.e. Constituent IDs). Matching these IDs ensures data can flow from the ThankView platform into the EverTrue platform!</li> <li>If you do not currently include Donor IDs in ThankView, make sure to add IDs matching your EverTrue Remote IDs. Without these data points, we won't be able to sync the corresponding information. </li> </ul> We will be back with additional insights when metrics are viewable in this dashboard, sharing details about status states and how dashboard metrics are calculated! <hr> <h2>3/29/23: Receiving Notifications for Shared Dynamic Lists</h2> We recently included a notification element to the process <a href="/t/p8ha0kr/sharing-a-dynamic-list" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">of sharing dynamic lists</a>. Now you will receive notifications if a dynamic list is shared with you! Additionally, you will be notified if your sharing permissions are modified, if access to a dynamic list is removed, and if a shared dynamic list is deleted. You can now add constituents from any of your dynamic lists to a static list, trip, or volunteer pool. To take this action, head to your Dynamic Lists tab and open one of your lists. Tick the checkbox next to the constituent(s) you would like to add, click the Actions button in the upper right-hand corner of your screen, and select Add to list, trip, or pool. When adding solicitors to a proposal form, you will notice a new Select a title dropdown found to the right of each solicitor name. <h2>2/28/23: Setting "If/Then" Logic for Proposal Fields</h2> We added the ability to implement "if/then" logic for your Ask Date and Ask Amount proposal fields. If you input an ask date or amount after requesting this logic, the corresponding date or amount field will be marked as required. This update ensures that important information routed back into your CRM is not missed. Below, you can see an example of a proposal form that does not use "if/then" logic for its Original Ask field. <img alt="" class="fb-img" src="https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/media.forumbee.com/i/64605839-8772-4677-bf2d-11288979bb5a/h/547.png" style="" width="2874"> In contrast, take a look at a form that includes this logic for its Original Ask proposal field.
