12/11/24: Introducing New Gift Transaction Fields for Data Manager Imports

We've expanded the Gift Transaction fields available for import in EverTrue's Data Manager! These 12 additional fields allow your organization to include more detailed data when uploading and mapping your Gift Transaction File.  

Here's a quick look at the new fields:

1. Anonymous: Indicates if the donor wishes to remain anonymous.
2. Occurred At Campaign: Date used to count the gift within a specific campaign period.
3. Recurring: Flags the gift as part of a recurring contribution.
4. Annual Gift: Flags the gift as part of the annual fund.
5. Major Gift: Flags the gift as a major gift.
6. Donor Advised Fund: Indicates if the gift is from a donor-advised fund (e.g., Fidelity).
7. Appeal Code: Unique identifier for the solicitation effort tied to the gift.
8. Designation Remote ID: Unique identifier for the fund associated with the gift.
9. Receipt Number: CRM receipt number for tracking donations.
10. Exclude From Modeling: Excludes transactions (e.g., event fees) from Donor Potential Score calculations.
11. Exclude From Reporting: Prevents transactions from appearing in giving-related reporting.
12. Proposal Remote ID: Unique identifier for the proposal connected to the gift.

12/3/24: Customizing the Tone of Your AI-Generated Emails

Our AI-Generated Emails feature just got an upgrade! You can now customize the tone of your email drafts on both EverTrue desktop and iOS apps, making it easier to tailor messages to your communication style and audience. 

With this enhancement, you can choose from five tone options—like Warm and Personal or Urgent and Action-Oriented—to create drafts that feel just right. On desktop, you'll also find a Regenerate button to quickly refresh the draft while keeping your selected tone intact!

Ready to give it a try? This feature is available to users with EverTrue's AI-powered features enabled. For iOS users, be sure to download the latest version of the app to access it.
