EverTrue Product Updates: February 2024
2/15/24: Updating Filters Beta
Our product team is working to consolidate EverTrue's filtering experiences by merging the best functionalities of both Filters Beta and classic Filters. Starting mid-February 2024, we will begin to limit Filters Beta usage and feature functionality in preparation for this work. If your team is participating in Filters Beta, please take note of the following updates:
- If you are a user without a saved dynamic list or bookmarked search, the Filters Early Adopter toggle will be removed from your Constituents tab, and Filters Beta will no longer be accessible.
- If you are a user with at least one dynamic list or bookmarked search, you can still use this toggle to access Filters Beta, but you will not be able to modify existing or create new dynamic lists or bookmarked searches.

2/13/24: Revamping Relationships in Constituent Profiles
We're back with our product team's most recent enhancement aimed at refining household connections in EverTrue! To quickly identify a constituent's household members when prospecting, we've updated how imported relationships appear in constituent profiles. If you navigate to a profile's Constituent Info tab, you'll find a Constituent Connections section that organizes relationships into 2 categories:
Household Members - This category includes constituent relationship types with a shared Household ID, and lists this ID beneath its title.
Other Relationships - This category includes all remaining constituent relationship types, such as other family members, friends, or acquaintances.
For a more detailed look at Constituent Connections, take a look at our dedicated help article!
2/12/24: Caching AI Profile Summaries
Our AI Profile Summary feature on iOS and desktop now incorporates caching, allowing you to access a constituent's summary with consistent language for a 24 hour period! Profile summaries are generated and stored on a per-user basis, meaning you and a teammate will see unique results when viewing the same constituent profile.
These enhanced summaries are accessible to iOS and desktop users of organizations that have enabled EverTrue's AI functionality. Are you an Android user looking to access cached summaries? Don't fear, our product team is hard at work bringing this functionality to all users! If you are interested in using AI-supported features like this, please contact your CSM.
2/1/24: Searching by Constituent Phone Number on Desktop and iOS
When you receive a callback from an unknown number, you can now quickly identify the constituent who reached out by searching that phone number in either the EverTrue desktop or iOS app. To do so, navigate to your app's search bar (for iOS, this is found at the top of the Constituents tab) and input the phone number.
- Note: For best results, please enter phone numbers with numeric values when searching (e.g., 8225555074).
2/1/24: Saving Scroll Position when Viewing Interactions
When opening an interaction's detailed view from either the Interactions tab in the left-hand navigation bar or a constituent profile, you can now click back to the list of interactions without losing your position! We'll remember your place and return you to the same spot in the list, ensuring you no longer need to scroll through dozens of interactions during your review.
