8/6/24: Viewing Constituent Cadences on iOS

We're excited to share a new feature for EverTrue iOS users: the ability to view which cadences a constituent is part of directly from their profile page! Visit a constituent's profile to see a label below their name indicating their current cadence and cadence step. If a constituent is enrolled in more than one cadence, a label of + [cadence number] more will also appear. Tapping this label will open a list of their cadences! 

This enhancement is designed to give your team quick and easy access to constituent cadence information while on the go! If you have any questions about Signal on iOS, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or email support@evertrue.com.

8/6/24: Adding Constituents to Multiple Signal Cadences

We are thrilled to introduce the ability to enroll constituents into multiple Signal Cadences simultaneously, enhancing your organization's outreach strategy! With this update, constituents can now be part of up to five cadences at a time, providing you greater flexibility in managing your engagement efforts.

If a constituent is enrolled in more than one cadence, a label of +[cadence number] more will appear in their profile header. Clicking this label will open a Cadences popup that includes a summary of their cadences!
