EverTrue Product Updates: May 2025

5/20/25: Notifying Teammates About Assigned Tasks

When you assign a task to a teammate, they will now receive an email notification alerting them to the new task. The message includes a link to review the task in Signal, making it easier for your team to stay on top of their assignments.

This small update helps prevent important to-dos from slipping through the cracks. If you have any questions about Signal Collaborative Tasks, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or email genius@evertrue.com.

5/19/25: Completing a Cadence in the Tasks Tab

When you complete the final step of a cadence from the Tasks tab (either from the left-hand navigation bar or within a constituent's profile), you will now see an End of Cadence popup. Just like in the Cadences tab, you can choose from two action options:

  1. Move to another cadence
  2. Remove from cadence

This small change helps keep your cadence workflows tidy by making it easier to continue strategic engagement with a constituent in fewer steps! If you have any questions about this feature, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or email genius@evertrue.com.

5/15/25: Introducing Signal Video, Powered by ThankView

You can now record and send personalized videos directly from Signal using Signal Video Powered by ThankView. This new feature brings a more personal, human touch to your outreach, whether you’re introducing yourself, sharing an update, or simply saying thank you.

Signal Video is available anywhere you send email in Signal, making it easy to add engaging video messages that help you stand out and build stronger constituent connections.

Here’s everything you need to get started with Signal Video

If you have any questions about Signal Video, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or email genius@evertrue.com.

5/12/25: Applying Filters to Lists

You can now apply filters to any list in EverTrue to further segment your prospects and take more targeted action! Whether you're focusing on location,  giving history, or engagement data, filters help you drill down within an existing list to find exactly who you need.

To filter a list:

  1. Open a list from your Lists tab
  2. Click Filters, add your desired filters, and click Apply Filters
  3. Take action, like adding the filtered group to a new list or an existing cadence

For more details, check out our Managing Lists article! If you have any questions about this feature, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or email genius@evertrue.com.
