Using Your Signal Video Library

Note: Signal Video Powered by ThankView is a feature of Signal by EverTrue. If your team is interested in using Signal, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM).

Signal Video Powered by ThankView includes a Video Library that acts as a central hub where you can organize, track, and share all of the videos you’ve recorded or uploaded. Whether you’re searching for a specific video, checking its performance metrics, or sharing it with a constituent, the library provides the tools you need to manage your video content.

Below, we walk through what you’ll find in your Video Library and how to share a video from this location. Let’s get started!

💡 Note: Your Video Library only includes videos that you recorded or uploaded. You won’t see videos created by your teammates, and they won’t see yours.

Navigating Your Video Library

Step 1. Open Signal Video and Select Video Library

To access Signal Video, open an email composer and click the Video button in the bottom-right corner. Select Video Library from the list of options.

Step 2. Search, Sort, and Filter Your Videos

Your Video Library includes tools to help you quickly locate videos:

  • Search Bar: Enter keywords from video titles to find a specific video.
  • Sort By Dropdown: Reorder videos by creation date (default), modification date, title, or duration.
  • Date Range Filter: Narrow down videos that were recorded or uploaded within a specific date range. This filter defaults to All Time

In the library’s upper-right corner, you’ll see the total number of videos available. This count updates dynamically as you search, sort, and filter.

Step 3. Track Video Performance

Each video in your library includes two performance metrics to help you measure engagement:

  1. Views: Total number of times the video was watched (viewed more than 0%).
  2. Landing Page CTA Clicks: Number of times the landing page’s call-to-action button was clicked (if applicable).

💡 Note: The Landing Page CTA Clicks metric appears for all videos in your library, whether or not a CTA button was included on the landing page.

Step 4. Review Video Actions

You can take the following actions for each video in your library:

💡 Note: If you delete a video that you previously sent to a constituent, its landing page link will no longer work.

Step 5. Adjust Your Signal Video Settings

To update your default landing page and call-to-action button settings while in your Video Library, click the settings gear button in the upper-right corner.

The Your Settings popup appears where you can adjust your previously-established defaults. Click Next to save your changes and return to the library. To learn more about Signal Video default settings, check out our Setting Signal Video Defaults article!
