EverTrue Product Updates: June 2025

6/17/25: Taking Bulk Task Action on Android

You can now take bulk action on Collaborative Tasks in the EverTrue Android app! This enhancement makes it easy to update multiple tasks at once, saving you time and helping you keep your task list organized. Whether you need to adjust due dates, reassign tasks, or clean up unneeded to-dos, bulk actions help you manage work.

Here’s what you can do:

  • Update due dates for multiple tasks at once
  • Mark tasks as complete or incomplete
  • Reassign tasks to another team member (cadence steps excluded)
  • Delete tasks you no longer need

To learn more about taking action on multiple tasks at once, check out our guide for Collaborative Tasks on Android! If you have any questions about Collaborative Tasks or Signal by EverTrue, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or email genius@evertrue.com

6/17/25: Enhancing the Android App

We recently made several enhancements to the EverTrue Android app to improve both the trip planning experience and everyday app navigation. Here’s what changed:

Trips & Meetings

When you use the app’s Trips & Meeting tab to help plan a trip, you will now find:

  • All constituents added to your trip listed in a new Prospects tab.
  • The time between scheduled meetings, plus the drive time and distance between those meetings on the trip’s Meetings tab.

Browse Constituents

A redesigned Browse Constituents tab brings several useful features into one place to help you quickly find and revisit the right constituents. You will now see:

  • Your Recently Viewed constituents,
  • Your Saved Searches,
  • The tab’s search bar, map view, and filters that you already know and love!

If you need a refresher on what features you’ll find on our Android app, take a look at our Navigating the EverTrue Android App article.

6/12/25: Filtering by Primary Address in Map View

If you’re planning a trip or targeting a specific area for outreach, you can now filter your map view to show only constituents with a primary address tag for the selected address type(s). This update adds an extra layer of precision to EverTrue’s mapping tool, helping you focus on the right prospects for engagement.

Here’s how to apply it:

  1. Go to the Constituents tab and click Map in the upper-right corner.
  2. Click the Filter button on the map.
  3. Select the relevant address type(s) and check Primary (from CRM).

Layer other filters, like Giving Pattern or Donor Potential Score, to narrow your results even further. To learn more about filtering in EverTrue, take a look at our All About: Filters article!

6/11/25: Accessing Solicitation Codes in Cadence Previews

You can now see a constituent’s solicitation codes (e.g., Do Not Email) directly in their cadence preview window! This enhancement makes it easier to review important communication preferences before taking outreach action, helping you avoid extra clicks to their full profile for the same details.

To access this information, click Preview next to a constituent in any cadence step. If applicable, you will see up to two solicitation codes near the top of the preview. If they have more than two, a + [Number] more label will appear. Clicking this will open their full profile, where you can view additional codes.

If you have any questions about Cadences or Signal by EverTrue, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or email genius@evertrue.com.

6/10/25: Enhancing the EverTrue Search Experience

We made several updates to improve how you search in EverTrue. These changes make results easier to interpret and more actionable.

Here’s what’s new:

  • Search Categories: You can now choose a category before you search to narrow results. Name, Phone, Email, Interactions, Remote ID, and All (default) are available categories.
  • Match Highlighting: Results now highlight matched terms in light green, making it easier to see why something appeared in your search.
  • Helpful Contacts Details: The results page includes additional helpful Contacts columns: Email Addresses, Phone Numbers, Remote ID, Relationships, Assigned To, and Constituency.

If you have any questions about the improved search experience, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or email genius@evertrue.com.

6/10/25: Adding Phone Numbers to the Constituents Table

You can now add a Primary Phone column to the Constituents table. This update gives you a more complete view of your constituent data when browsing, filtering, or working from Saved Searches and Lists.

The Primary Phone column provides a quick reference to a constituent’s primary phone number without needing to open individual profiles. If you need a refresher on customizing the columns in your Constituents table (so you can add this new column to your own table!), check out our Customizing Your Columns article.
