Navigating the EverTrue Android App

The EverTrue Android app helps you stay on top of your prospecting goals while on the road. Below, we will explore the app’s core components so you can easily access constituent information, plan trips and meetings, and more!

To open the app’s navigation bar, tap the menu button in the top-left corner of your screen.

💡 Note: If you are a Signal by EverTrue user, you will also see Home and Tasks tabs in the navigation bar. Learn more about the Home Screen and how to add and review Collaborative Tasks.

Step 1. Review the Browse Constituents Tab

When you open the EverTrue app, you will land on the Browse Constituents tab. This tab provides easy access to constituent profiles and includes the following components:

  • Search Bar: Type a constituent’s name to quickly find their profile without needing to use filters to narrow down your data.
  • Filters Button: Tap to apply filters and narrow your constituents to those who meet specific attributes. Learn more about our various filters.
  • Recently Viewed: Swipe through a list of constituent profiles you recently accessed. Tap on a name to return to that profile, saving you the time of searching or filtering again.
  • Map: View constituents on a map to quickly identify those in a surrounding area. Zooming in or out will update the number of constituents displayed to match the visible map area. Tap Details on the open map to see a list of constituents that match the map’s current coverage and any applied filters.
  • Saved Searches: Access your stored searches to see an up-to-date list of constituents who meet those saved search parameters.

💡 Note: If you are a Signal by EverTrue user, the Home tab will be your app’s default landing page.

Step 2. Review the Trips & Meetings Tab

The Trips & Meetings tab gives you tools to efficiently plan and coordinate your prospecting activity. Here’s what you will find:

  • Solicitor Dropdown: Use this dropdown to view trips and meetings for yourself or a teammate. It defaults to your name, so you can start with your own activity.
  • ➕ Button: Tap to quickly create new trips or meetings (local, virtual, or phone) directly in the app.
  • Search Bar: Type the name of a trip or meeting to quickly find a specific event without scrolling through your full list.
  • Trips & Meetings List: Scroll through a catalog of both upcoming and past trips and meetings.
    • Tap a meeting name to view or edit its details.
    • Tap a trip name to see all associated prospects, every booked meeting, drive time between events, and a map view of meeting locations. You can also take additional actions like viewing the trip log, adding trip meetings or time blocks, and modifying the trip itself.

Step 3. Review the Lists Tab

The Lists tab shows a comprehensive log of your lists originally built on EverTrue’s desktop app, both those created by you and those you were added to as a collaborator. Here, you will find:

  • Search Bar: Type a list name to quickly narrow down your catalog of lists.
  • My Lists: Scroll through lists you created, organized by name. Tap on a list to see its constituents, list activity, and collaborators. You can also add collaborators or comments from this view.
  • Shared Lists: Scroll through lists that you were added to as a collaborator. Tap on a list to see its constituents, list activity, and other collaborators. You can also add collaborators or comments from this view.

Step 4. Review the Notifications Tab

The Notifications tab displays in-app alerts, such as when a teammate adds you as a list collaborator or when new results are available for your saved searches.

Step 5. Review the Help Tab

Tap the Help tab to connect with the EverTrue Support team via email at genius@evertrue.com. If questions arise while you navigate the app, this is the best place to reach out for help!
