12/20/23: Creating Joint Interactions for Household Members

Our product team is working to simplify the process of connecting constituents who are two halves of the same household. We're excited to introduce the first enhancement in this effort: the ability to create joint interactions for household members! 

If your organization allows writing interactions directly in the EverTrue platform, you'll notice a checkbox beneath the Additional Constituents search in your interaction form. Check this box to quickly create a joint interaction for two constituent records that are part of the same household.

Please note, this checkbox will be visible only if the following conditions are true:

• Your organization imports constituent relationship type data, and at least one of these relationship types is mapped as "spousal" in our platform.
• Your organization allows adding multiple constituents to a single interaction.
