Data Standardization is a dashboard to help you get the most out of your other Clarity dashboards by helping you see how EverTrue is currently interpreting your data.

Signal and Clarity are used by many customers, each with their own unique data definitions and terminology. In order to support all customers, we must Standardize the definitions you use so the dashboards can work for everyone.

Dashboard Views

The Data Standardization dashboard contains the following six views:

1. Constituency:  This shows how the codes you use for Constituent Types are currently being interpreted. The Your CRM side shows the codes you use, and the EverTrue side shows how we have mapped those codes to the values in Clarity.
2. Proposal/Ask Status:  This shows how your Proposal Status codes are currently being mapped.
3. Interaction:  The Your CRM side shows the types of Interactions your CRM uses and the EverTrue side shows how we have interpreted them using our values.
4. Stage:  This shows how your current Prospect Stage codes are being mapped.
5. Spousal Relationship Types:  This shows which of your Relationship Type codes reflect Spousal relationships according to our mapping. This code will tell us which relationships should be considered a Household. Note that, for the purpose of Clarity, we do not need to map relationships that are not spousal.
6. CASE Code:  This is a field that maps your Funds to the specific Categories and Types that are tracked in Clarity. We call this CASE Code because we have developed our values using CASE Reporting Standards.
