What is Clarity?

Clarity is EverTrue’s solution for high-powered fundraising analytics. The feature offers a range of customizable, Tableau-powered dashboards designed to maximize your team’s prospecting potential! With these dashboards, you can quickly access and interpret data to easily identify target prospects, track success, and grow giving. This data is updated daily, ensuring dashboards remain fresh and reflect your team’s most recent data sync.

Whether you're a Gift Officer tracking progress on moving prospects forward, working in Annual Giving and in need of real-time reporting answers, or part of Prospect Management analyzing the health of your major gift portfolios, Clarity is built to work for you. The dashboards that make up Clarity provide insights that support strategic decision-making for every fundraising role.

Below, we will take a look at the dashboards you will encounter when logging into Signal by EverTrue and navigating to your Clarity tab. Let’s get started! 


Available Clarity Dashboards

Signal Task Tracker 

Clarity’s Signal Task Tracker dashboard illustrates task and cadence step progress. You’ll have visibility into upcoming, complete, and overdue tasks, and can track individual solicitor performance and overall cadence progress. In addition to Signal Cadences and Collaborative Tasks data, this dashboard is powered by the following imported data:

  • Constituent File: Unique Record ID, First Name, Last Name.
  • Portfolio Assignment File: Team Name, Prospect ID, Solicitor ID. 

Signal Activity 

Gain a comprehensive view of your outreach efforts with Clarity’s Signal Activity dashboard. It’s a key tool for tracking total outreach actions taken, examining snapshots of activity over different time periods, and visualizing how this activity contributes to meaningful donor connections. Plus, you can use the dashboard’s benchmarking metrics to gauge your efforts against those of an average Signal user to identify areas for improvement. Signal Activity YOY

Clarity’s Signal Activity YOY dashboard offers detailed insight into your year-over-year outreach efforts. Whether you’re interested in tracking the number of meetings held, phone calls made, or emails, texts, and LinkedIn messages sent, this resource has you covered!   • Interaction File: Interaction ID, EverTrue Interaction ID, Type.

Top Prospects 

Clarity’s Top Prospects dashboard highlights your top prospects, indicating those who have not yet been contacted. It uses data such as the Donor Potential Score (DPS) and capacity scores to identify the highest-value prospects that could benefit from a touchpoint. In addition to DPS and other capacity data, this dashboard is powered by the following imported data:

  • Constituent File: Unique Record ID, First Name, Last Name, Household ID, Constituency, Solicitation Codes, Email, Phone Number, Capacity Value.
  • Interaction File: Interaction ID, EverTrue Interaction ID.
  • Portfolio Assignment File: Team Name, Prospect ID, Solicitor ID.
  • Gift Transaction File: Gift ID, Donor Constituent ID, Gift Amount, Gift Date.
