Understanding Account Access
If you have been designated as your organization’s EverTrue Owner, you have the ability to invite your colleagues to become users, manage them, and then delete them once they leave your organization. If you are an EverTrue User, you do not have the ability to manage other users in this way. Below, we will break down access across different platforms of EverTrue!
Exploring Core Platform Access
User Access
If you are an EverTrue User accessing our Core platform, you can view all constituent records, enrichment data, and engagement data. Additionally, you can also access the Trips & Meetings feature (as of March 2020). To view all of your accessible tabs, take a look at your EverTrue left-hand navigation bar.
Owner Access
If you are an EverTrue Owner accessing our Core platform, you can access several features in addition to those listed above.
- Add, edit, or remove users
- View user lists as well as session usage stats from the Manage Team page
- Export Enrichment data
- Configure Facebook integration
- Configure Emma integration
- Configure Eventbrite integration
Exploring Frontline Access
User Access
If you are a User in EverTrue's Frontline platform, you can access all constituent information in the first set of tabs of your navigation bar and also view Portfolios and Launchpad.
Owner Access
If you are an Owner in EverTrue's Frontline platform, you can access several features in addition to those listed above.
- View other teams
- View other portfolios
- Add new solicitors
- Add or drop prospects
- Set launchpad goals
- Add/drop assignments and make stage changes regardless of institution settings in Portfolios
- View all launchpads on your team (if you have the Gift Officer role)
Exploring Volunteer Management Access
User and Owner Access
If you are a User or an Owner in EverTrue's Volunteer Management platform, you can access the following features:
Please note Volunteer Leads and Volunteers do not have access to pool creation settings, adding or removing volunteers, or adding or removing prospects from the Volunteer Management platform.
Volunteer Access
If you are a designated as a Volunteer for your organization, you can access assignments and constituent data within our Volunteer Management platform. Additionally, you can view some prospects and some giving data (both of which are pool-specific), own and log all interactions, and suggest updates.
Volunteer Lead Access
If you are designated as a Volunteer Lead for your organization, you can view all prospects and interactions in addition to accessing to the same features available to Volunteers.
