Understanding EverTrue's AI Awareness Window
EverTrue’s AI Assistant on iOS and AI-Profile chat features help you quickly summarize or answer questions about individual constituents’ data, making them valuable tools for assisting with meeting prep or providing donation details that you’d like to use in outreach.
The features' answers are based on a subset of data available for each constituent, including both your CRM data and non-rejected EverTrue enriched data. This subset is called the AI Awareness Window!
In this article, we will outline what data is included in the AI Awareness Window, as well as what falls outside its reach. Let’s get started!
Notes:
- EverTrue’s AI Assistant is currently available only within the EverTrue iOS app.
- EverTrue’s AI-Profile Chat is currently available only on EverTrue’s desktop app.
What Data is Included in the AI Awareness Window?
Constituent Engagement Data
Both the AI Assistant and AI-Profile Chat have access to a constituent's recent engagement with your organization. Specifically, they knows:
- The 20 most recent interactions, gift transactions, and proposals: Data beyond these 20 records is not included in the AI Awareness Window.
- The 15 most recent assignments: Both features are not aware of data beyond the 15 most recent assignments.
- Giving Summary data: AI Assist and AI-Profile Chat have access to certain giving data imported by your organization through either a full Constituent File or Total Giving Micro File. This data includes:
- Total Lifetime Giving Amount
- Last Gift details
- Largest Gift details
- Giving Pattern
- Capacity Score
- Annual Giving data: They also have access to specific annual giving data shared by your organization through either a full Constituent File or Annual Gift Total Micro File. This data includes:
- Annual Giving Amount
- Fiscal Year Totals
- Soft Credit Amount
- Pledge Amount
EverTrue Enriched Data
EverTrue works with third-party partners to provide enriched data that enhances your constituent profiles. Your organization can review and reject any data that doesn’t seem accurate, and only non-rejected enriched data is included in the AI Awareness Window. This includes:
- General Enriched Data: Location details (e.g., city, state).
- Enriched Wealth Data: Net worth, wealth indicators, physical assets.
- Enriched Career Data: Job title, company name, employment events (e.g., promotion, retirement).
- Enriched Social Media Data: Platform, username, follower count.
General Profile Data
The AI Assistant and AI-Profile Chat also have access to general constituent profile data sent by your organization via a Constituent File , including:
- General Data:
- AI-Profile Chat has access to: Constituent name, address.
- AI Assistant has access to: Constituent name, contact ID, remote ID, address
- Education Data: School name, degree, graduation year.
- Employment Data: Job title, company name, company industry.
- Relationship Data: Names and types of all relations.
- Custom Fields: Any custom fields visible on the constituent’s profile page.
What Data Falls Outside of the AI Awareness Window?
If a data area is not specifically listed within the AI Awareness Window, it will not have access to it. This limitation is true even if the data appears on the constituent’s profile.
With this in mind, the AI Assistant and AI-Profile Chat will not be able to reference:
- Cadences, tasks, lists, or saved searches that a constituent is tied to.
- Data stored in your CRM that has not been imported into EverTrue.
- Older interactions or gift transactions beyond the 20 most recent.
