You can view the status of any EverTrue export, including constituent data, interactions, gifts, or assignments, by going to your User Menu in the upper-right corner of your screen and selecting Recent Exports.

If you remain in EverTrue while your export is being generated, you will also see the progress of your export pop-up in the top right corner of your screen.

Once your export is complete, you will be sent an email notification. Additionally, an in-app notification will pop up in the right-hand corner alerting you that your export is finished. From there, you will have the option to directly download the CSV file or View All.

If returning to EverTrue to download your export, navigate to Recent Exports and click the cloud icon to the right of the export to be downloaded.

Your exports will remain in EverTrue for 90 days after creation. The export file names are auto-generated and include the date of your export. As a note, scheduled exports cannot be downloaded directly from the Recent Exports section of EverTrue.
