Using AI-Generated Emails on Your iOS App

What are EverTrue's AI-Generated Emails? EverTrue's AI-Generated Emails utilize AI to synthesize your organization's data and generate editable email drafts for each prospective donor.

Steps

1. Select the Contact (Constituent Name) button at the top of the constituent profile. 

2. Choose Email and select the email address you want to send to.

3. Choose an AI Template (list below). AI-generated templates are now marked with an AI icon so they're easy to distinguish at a glance.

• Congratulate on Recent Job Change

•  Wish a Happy Birthday

• Request a Meeting

• Post-Meeting Follow-up 

• Gift Acknowledgement

1. After the email generates, choose to Regenerate and/or Adjust Tone. 

   • Warm and Personal

   • Formal and Professional

   • Friendly and Casual

   • Urgent and Action-Oriented

   • Inspirational and Visionary

2. Double-check your Subject Line

3. Edit Bracketed Text that needs your input and edit any other parts of the email.

4. Save the draft or send Your Email.

5. Log Your Email Interaction. After sending, you will see a Dismiss or Log Interaction prompt. You may also still receive a push notification prompting you to log the interaction about an hour later.
