Using Enriched Wealth Data
We are bringing DonorSearch’s powerful data directly into EverTrue — transforming the former Wealth & Assets section into a more comprehensive, insight-driven view of donor wealth, philanthropy, and giving potential. This update delivers a richer, more scannable view of donor wealth, philanthropic activity, and predictive giving insights. This update is available to all Signal customers!
Paid DonorSearch customers additionally receive:
AI modeling scores
Visibility into both high- and low-confidence match count
Enhanced drill-down experiences for expanded wealth insights
The updated section includes four insight-rich cards powered by DonorSearch data:
Capacity Ratings – How much could they give?
Giving – Do they give?
Financial Signals – What wealth indicators support their capacity?
Philanthropic Indicators – Where are they involved and what causes do they support?
About the data:
DonorSearch data includes two quality tiers:
High Confidence
Low Confidence
Only high-confidence data is included in the Philanthropic and Financial Signals summary cards. For DonorSearch customers, lower-confidence matches may appear within drill-down views for review.
1. Capacity Ratings
This card helps fundraisers understand a constituent’s estimated giving capacity and overall DonorSearch rating.

Displayed Fields:
DS Rating
DonorSearch’s rating of a constituent’s philanthropic and wealth profile.
Ratings include:
DS 1-1 – Gift of $5K+ to a nonprofit or political organization; may show additional wealth indicators
DS 1-2 – Major wealth indicators (e.g., $2M+ real estate, executive at $5M+ firm, foundation trustee, SEC insider, $10K+ political giving)
DS 1-3 – Moderate wealth markers ($1–$2M real estate, executive at $1–$5M firm, $5K–$10K political giving)
DS 1-4 – Emerging wealth markers ($500K–$1M real estate, 3+ properties, single gift of $500+)
DS 1-5 – Executive at $1M+ firm, SEC insider, or board member
DS 3 – No identified wealth or giving indicators
Based on Wealth
Estimated amount a constituent could contribute over a five-year pledge period.
Calculated as 10% of estimated net worth
If you are a DonorSearch customer, this rating is equivalent to “Target Ask Based on Wealth” that you are familiar with seeing in DonorSearch
Displayed as a range (e.g., $100K–$249K, $1M–$2.4M, $10M–$24M, etc.)
Based on Giving
Calculated from the constituent’s largest gift to another organization (outside of your institution).
2. Giving
This card displays philanthropic behavior across charitable, political, and crowdfunding sources. For DonorSearch customers, clicking totals or counts opens a detailed drill-down view where high and low confidence matches are visible. For Signal-only customers, the totals are not clickable. To upgrade access, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

The top of the card is a predictive score noting how strong of a donor the selected constituent is. The score displayed is determined at the account access level. Scores include:
DSAI – AI-based score predicting likelihood of giving in the next 12 months based on your organization’s historical data and patterns (800+ data points)
Enhanced CORE (EC) – National predictive model trained on cross-institution donor data that estimates the likelihood an existing donor will give within the next 12 months.
MLR (Most Likely to Respond) – Forward-looking engagement score that projects a donor’s expected giving behavior over the next 12 months based on prior giving, email, and event activity.
DPS (Donor Potential Score) – Signal’s transaction-based giving score
Important notes:
Predictive scores are determined dynamically at the individual constituent level. For example, a constituent may display MLR even if your organization has DSAI access (if no DSAI score exists for that individual).
Signal-only customers will always see DPS as their predictive score.
Displayed Fields:
Charitable Giving – Total amount and number of nonprofit gifts
Political Giving – Total amount and number of political gifts
Crowdfunding – Total amount and number of crowdfunding gifts
Signal-only customers will see the Crowdfunding field on the Enrichment tab, but an upgrade is needed for values to populate. Contact your Customer Success Manager to learn more.
3. Financial Signals
This card summarizes publicly available wealth indicators supporting capacity estimates. For DonorSearch customers, Real Estate and SEC Holdings totals open drill-down views with both high and low-confidence matches visible. For Signal-only customers, the totals are not clickable. To upgrade access, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

Displayed Fields:
Real Estate
Total value and count of property ownership sourced from public records.
Real estate holdings are a strong indicator of philanthropic capacity; individuals with real estate assets are significantly more likely to give philanthropically.
Real estate holdings help identify prospects with both the financial means and propensity to support meaningful charitable gifts.
SEC Holdings
Total value and count of stock positions reported by officers, directors, and major shareholders of publicly traded companies, sourced from legally required disclosures.
SEC holdings signal significant equity ownership and financial capacity.
Individuals with insider holdings often have appreciated stock they may prefer to donate for tax-efficient giving and may also be connected to corporate foundations or matching-gift programs, making them strong prospects for philanthropic engagement.
Est. Net Worth
Renamed from Household Net Worth
Calculated using estimated wealth data
Displayed as a rounded figure (e.g., $65M)
4. Philanthropic Indicators
This card surfaces qualitative signals of philanthropic alignment. Clicking on the pencil icon or (+X more) button opens a drill-down view where users can reject and reinstate values. Check out this resource for more information on how to reject and reinstate values in the Enrichment tab.

Displayed Fields:
Leadership & Involvement
Roles and affiliations that signal philanthropic engagement (e.g. Foundation Officer/Trustee, Nonprofit Board Member, Political Donor), displayed as tags. This displays the same data in the existing Wealth Indicators section of the Enrichment tab.
Interests
Philanthropic interest areas (e.g. Higher Ed, Political, Environment), displayed as tags. This displays the same data in the existing Philanthropic Interests section of the Enrichment tab.
