Using AI-Suggested Tasks on Your iOS App

Note: AI-Suggested Tasks will only be accessible if you have already opted into EverTrue's AI features. Contact your CSM to activate.

What are AI-Suggested Tasks? Signal's AI-Suggested Tasks feature leverages AI to recommend follow-up tasks based on recent interactions (from the past year, by you or a teammate) tied to your assigned constituents.

1. Navigate to the Tasks tab. Tap the Tasks icon in the bottom navigation bar, then tap the AI Suggested Tasks sub-tab (alongside Your Tasks and Assigned By You).

2. Review Suggested Tasks. Up to three recommended tasks appear under Suggested Tasks. Tap the dropdown arrow on any suggestion to see its full details.

3. Edit an AI-Suggested Task. Swipe right to reveal a Calendar button (change due date). Swipe left to reveal a Pencil button (edit any detail). Tap either to open the task editor, make changes, and hit Save.

Note: If a suggestion references another solicitor, you can change the Assignee field to your teammate when editing.

1. Add an AI-Suggested Task. Tap the purple + button to add it to your Tasks page. After adding all three, return the following day for new suggestions.

If There Are No New Suggestions

You'll see the following message: "No suggestions today — EverTrue's Suggested Tasks feature recommends follow-ups based on the recent interactions tied to your assigned constituents. We don't have any new tasks to suggest for you today, but keep adding interactions, and we'll review them to make suggestions moving forward."
