What is EverTrue's AI Assistant? EverTrue's AI Assistant is designed to streamline your prospecting workflows! It leverages AI to assist you with your primary functions.

Note: This feature is not enabled by default. If your organization is interested in activating this feature for your team, please have an EverTrue Owner reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM). Once enabled, the feature will be accessible to users with the EverTrue Android app.

• Create Tasks and Meetings: The AI Assistant can generate tasks and meetings based on your input and offers a preview for your review.

• Create Email Drafts: Generate email drafts based on your input. Copy the content by long-pressing and selecting Copy, then paste into your preferred email tool.

• Answer Questions about a Constituent: Summarize or answer questions about individual constituents' data, including CRM data and non-rejected EverTrue enriched data.

• Create a Contact Report from a Meeting — New: Dictate what happened in a meeting and ask the AI Assistant to draft a contact report. The Assistant builds the report according to your organization's required fields and structure, saves the interaction once you confirm it's accurate, and offers to create a follow-up task if it detects that one was mentioned in your notes.

Using the AI Assistant — Confirmed

• Tap the AI Assistant button at the bottom-right corner of the app.

• Add your prompt — type, dictate, or tap a quick-start option: 

  • Generate a Contact Report (log a constituent interaction) or 
  • Prep for a Meeting (get a pre-meeting brief). 
  • Add a Meeting (schedule a new meeting)
  • Create tasks for you (generate task suggestions)
  • Draft an email (compose a message)
  • Look up a Constituent (search for someone)
• For voice input, tap the microphone icon. While recording, a "Tap to submit" indicator appears, with a pause button on the left and a keyboard icon on the right to switch back to typing.

• Review and refine the response, chatting back and forth as needed. If you close the chat before finishing, a confirmation dialog appears stating, "You can start a new chat anytime."

• Save if creating something (a task, meeting, email draft, or contact report) by telling the AI Assistant to save it.

• Tap View References to access the newly created item.

What Can't the AI Assistant Do?

• Broader Data Insights: Cannot summarize trends across your full constituent base.

• Lists and Criteria-Based Queries: Cannot generate lists of constituents matching specific criteria.

• Editing Existing Objects: Cannot edit existing tasks, meetings, interactions, or data.

• Sending Emails: Can create drafts but cannot send emails.

• Accessing Data Outside of the Awareness Window.

• Saving Conversations.

• Exporting the findings.
