Setting Up Launchpad for Frontline
Launchpad is a new landing page for customers using EverTrue's Frontline feature. The tool is intended to serve actionable insights to EverTrue gift officers, as well as goal tracking at the team and individual level. For Launchpad, we made widgets available to EverTrue users who are classified as Gift Officers or Donor Experience Officers (this classification setting is managed in an individual's user profile).
After Launchpad is enabled, a user with one of these classifications will see a Launchpad tab in the top section of the left-hand navigation bar. Let EverTrue know if your organization would like to enable Launchpad!
Exploring Your Launchpad Tab
Launchpad displays widgets that aid in tracking user progress towards personal goals. Descriptions of each widget as well as widget customization options can be found in this dedicated help article. Using your interaction, proposal, and assignment data, we will report key metrics on your gift officer activity within this space. Widgets will continue to be added to the Launchpad tab as we collect user feedback.
Your Launchpad tab is composed of two views:
- Gift Officer - In this view, you will find a dropdown allowing you to choose an individual gift officer for whom you would like to view metrics. Additionally, you will find a second dropdown allowing you to select a specific team for the chosen gift officer. This dropdown further tailors the presented metrics.
- Team - In this view, you will find a dropdown allowing you to choose a portfolio team for which you would like to view aggregated performance. This section will display all teams for your organization, regardless of a gift officer's team membership.
Viewing Launchpad as a Standard User
As mentioned, users must have the Gift Officer or DXO classification in order to view Launchpad. If a user of yours wants to see Launchpad, they will need to open their User Menu dropdown located in the top-right corner of the EverTrue platform, select Settings, and navigate to their Profile tab. Once here, they will use the Classification dropdown to set their status.
For data to populate to your users' Launchpad view, you must connect your users to a contact record. If you or your users are seeing empty widgets when you expect to see data, please check that your user is set up correctly and that their record is link. Setting Launchpad Goals as an EverTrue Owner
Once you ensure your users are connected to their contact record, you will be able to set your users' fiscal year goals to inform their Launchpad metrics. Though goals are not required, we do recommend establishing them! Please note your fiscal year has been set for your account by the EverTrue team. To confirm your fiscal year date, please reach out to genius@evertrue.com.
To set these goals, head to your Portfolios tab from the left-hand navigation bar and select Solicitors near the top of the page. Click the three-dot actions menu by an individual solicitor's name, and select Solicitor Goals.
You will be able to specify the following goals for your solicitors from this view:
- Total Interactions
- Total Proposals
- Total Visits
- Unique Visits
- Proposal Funded Amounts
- Proposal Ask Amounts
- DXO Asks
- DXO Unique Asks
- DXO Substantive Asks
- DXO Substantive Unique Asks
After setting goals for your individual solicitors, toggle over to the Teams section of your Portfolio tab to establish portfolio team goals. Click the three-dot actions menu by an individual team name, and select Edit Settings.
You will be able to specify the following goals for your portfolio teams from this view:
- Total Interactions
- Total Proposals
- Proposal Funded Amounts
- Proposal Ask Amounts
- Visit Threshold - The number of days allowed to pass between visits.
- Contact Threshold - The number of days allowed to pass between contacts.
- DXO Asks
- DXO Unique Asks
- DXO Substantive Asks
- DXO Substantive Unique Asks
- DXO Ask Threshold
