Interactions in Volunteer by EverTrue

Interactions in the Volunteer app are known as Activities. Volunteers can log activity on any one of their assignments, by either clicking the big "Log Activity" button under a Prospect's name or on the Activity tab, both on a Prospect's profile.

 

Activities can include an email, a phone call, a text message, social media interaction, note, or virtual visit. Volunteers can choose the date of the activity, as well as the stage, which is decided by your institution. 

 

Interaction Visibility for Volunteers

When writing interactions (or 'Activity') directly in the Volunteer by EverTrue platform, your Volunteers will be able to view those interactions so long as they are assigned to that Prospect. If you write an interaction in the EverTrue platform, Volunteers will not be able to see that interaction in Volunteer by EverTrue.
