How Do I Log-In?

Volunteer by EverTrue allows you to quickly and securely access all of your volunteer assignments in one place, and you now have the option of signing-in using Magic Link or an email and unique password.

Logging in with Email and Password

Go to volunteer.evertrue.com or open the app on your iOS or Android device. If you want to set up a password, it’s easy! Just hit the Forgot Password button, verify your email address, and create a secure 8+ digit password that you can use moving forward. 

Once you type in a new password, you will be taken to the log-in screen, where you will enter your new credentials.

After accepting your invitation to join Volunteer, you'll be authenticated for 30 days. When your session expires, you can log back into the app again when prompted using your password.

Go to volunteer.evertrue.com or open the app on your iOS or Android device, enter your user email and click the Submit button, then click Email Me A Link on the following screen to generate an email containing a new access link. 

After accepting your invitation to join Volunteer, you'll be authenticated for 30 days. When your session expires, you can generate a new access link to re-enter the application by clicking Send My Link in the session timeout screen, as shown below.

If you use Magic Link and your session has expired, open the email that was sent once you clicked on Send My Link and hit View my Assignments to head back into the application. 


What is my login email?

Your Login Email

This email will be designated by your institution. To log into Volunteer, please use the email address where your initial invitation was sent. 

If you need to change the email used for Volunteer, please notify your institution's Volunteer administrator and they can coordinate that change through EverTrue. Once your email has been changed in EverTrue's system, you will be required to use that new email for all EverTrue produces that you may use.

We recommend you first search your inbox by sender - noreply@evertrue.com. Or, you can search by subject line "You're invited to EverTrue for Volunteers...". If neither of those options work, you can contact our EverTrue Support Team: genius@evertrue.com.


Help, I'm getting a User Registration Error!

When a volunteer has been invited to the volunteer platform by their institution, they will receive the invitation email which includes a one-time use link (this link is embedded in the Get Started button in the invitation email). Volunteers are only required to register/create their user once, and after they have accepted the invitation, cannot use the link again to then access the platform. In the case a volunteer has received an invitation and has accepted, clicking the Get Started button again will bring the volunteer to a screen that states "User Registration Error" - this registration error comes up because the volunteer has already registered and cannot register a second time.

Once a volunteer has accepted the invitation, the next time they would like to access the volunteer platform, they can go directly to volunteer.evertrue.com. If they have accepted the invitation recently, they should already be logged in (sessions created via access link and invitation will remain open for 30 days unless the volunteer has signed out of the platform). In the case they go to the Volunteer site and they are not logged in, they can log in by following the instructions here.
