Viewing Proposals in EverTrue
Once proposals are imported or written directly in EverTrue, they can be accessed in multiple locations throughout the platform. This guide provides an overview of where to find proposals, and how to filter constituents matching specific proposal data. Let’s dive in!
Note: If your organization does not currently have the ability to write proposals in EverTrue and you’d like more information, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM).
Step 1. View Proposals in the Proposals Tab
Navigate to the Proposals tab in your left-hand navigation bar to find proposals organized in an easy-to-use table. Here, you can:
- Use filters at the top of the table to narrow down proposals by solicitor(s), status, and stage.
- Sort proposals by Ask Date, Created Date, Expected Date, Expected Ask, Funded Date, Original Ask, and Time in Stage in ascending or descending order.
- Click on a proposal name for a detailed view.
Step 2. View Proposals in a Constituent Profile
To view proposals associated with a specific constituent, open their profile’s Proposals tab!
Step 3. Open a Proposal
From either Proposals tab, open a proposal to add related interactions and see all of its key information. This includes associated prospects, solicitors, stage, ask details, and any other related details that were either imported or included when writing the proposal in EverTrue. If imported, an Import ID is also included in this view.
If a specific proposal amount is assigned to a specific proposal stage, it will be prominently displayed near the top of the proposal. For example, if the Expected Amount is assigned to the Cultivate Stage, it will be emphasized above the Original Ask, Ask, and Funded Amounts.
If no amount is assigned to a stage, the form follows the default order: Ask, Original, Expected, Funded.
Note: To enable custom stage assignments, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM)!
Step 4. Find Proposals in Your Constituents Tab
You can narrow down constituents matching specific proposal data in the Constituents tab. Click Filters at the top-left of the table, and search or scroll to find available Proposals filters:
- Has Active Proposal?
- Proposal Ask Amount
- Proposal Ask Date
- Proposal Solicitors
- Proposal Status
