Wealth Enrichment Data Upgrade: Your Questions Answered

We're excited to share that the wealth enrichment data you receive from EverTrue is getting even better! With the acquisition of DonorSearch, EverTrue now has the world’s largest and most comprehensive wealth and philanthropic data set, giving you insights to help you identify and engage more prospects than ever before.

What's changing?

Q: What's happening with my Enrichment data?

EverTrue is replacing Windfall with DonorSearch as its primary source of wealth and philanthropic data, giving you access to an even richer, more expansive dataset. This means you'll get:

  • Deeper insights on MORE constituents – With DonorSearch, the data you get from EverTrue will no longer exclusively focus on high net worth individuals. You will gain information about more of your constituents so you can plan engagement strategies for more than just high net worth.

  • The same wealth data categories you rely on – wealth, assets, interests, and life events all remain available

Q: When will I see these improvements?

You'll start seeing upgraded DonorSearch data beginning December 8th, 2025. Then in early January 2026, we're rolling out an enhanced interface that makes your wealth enrichment data even easier to read and act on at a glance.

What this means for you

Q: Will I need to do anything differently?

Nothing at all! Your monthly enrichment process continues automatically. You'll simply wake up to more enriched constituents at no additional cost.

Q: Will my existing workflows still work?

Absolutely! Your saved searches, lists, and exports will continue working seamlessly. We've designed this transition to be as smooth as possible:

  • All major data categories remain available

  • Export columns stay the same, minus removing the Source column

Enhanced experience coming in January

Q: What's this enhanced UI I'm hearing about?

In early January, we're releasing a redesigned enrichment interface that makes it faster and easier to find the insights you need. Expect:

  • Key details prominently displayed where you look first

  • Logical grouping of related information

  • A cleaner, more intuitive layout designed for quick decision-making

A few streamlined changes

Q: Are any data points changing?

We're streamlining by retiring four rarely-used data points that don't strongly correlate with giving potential:

  • Plane Owner and Boat Owner (under Wealth Assets)

  • Recently Divorced and Recent Death (under Life Events)

All other enrichment categories—wealth, assets, interests, and life events—remain fully available with even more comprehensive data.

Q: Will this affect my saved searches?

Only if you've built saved searches specifically using the four retired data points listed above. If you have, you'll want to recreate those searches using the many other wealth and lifestyle indicators still available.

Looking ahead

Q: Why is EverTrue making this change?

Simple: we're committed to bringing you the absolute best data available. By combining EverTrue's platform with DonorSearch's unmatched philanthropic intelligence, we're giving you the tools you need to identify the right prospects, understand their giving capacity, and engage them more effectively.

Q: Where can I learn more?

All of our Help Center articles will be updated by December 8th with the latest information. As always, our support team is here to help you make the most of these enhancements.
