Your Annual Giving Level Progression dashboard is designed primarily for Annual Giving Officers, their managers, and Advancement Services teams. It shows whether your current year’s donors have upgraded, downgraded, or maintained the same level of giving compared to their most recent prior year of giving. The data in the report looks back 12 years, so donors whose most recent gift was further back are essentially treated as new donors, as they would be in a typical annual giving program.

This dashboard helps you see the overall health of your giving pipeline at a glance, giving you a window into whether donors are generally increasing, decreasing, or steadying their giving. Each box in the dashboard grid shows a number corresponding to the number of donors whose giving this year, compared with their most recent prior year, has moved from the amount found in the Y axis (horizontal) to the amount found in the X axis (vertical). You can click on any box in the grid to reveal the specific donors being counted, and from there, you can investigate further by clicking on the View in EverTrue link next to each donor’s name.
