Trip Interactions

Keeping track of all of your trip interactions, meetings, notes, and more can a bit overwhelming while on the road. But taking down your thoughts while they're fresh is so important for getting accurate information marked down. With EverTrue's My Trips, interactions can now be added to your trip and meetings on the web or mobile app.*

Adding Interactions

To add an interaction to your trip, use the Actions drop-down menu in the upper-right corner and select "Add Interaction." 

You can also add an interaction from any meeting. Click on your meeting and select "Add Interaction" to get started. 

Both methods of adding an interaction will open up the interactions module, which allows you to add all details of the interaction. 

The interaction module configuration is set by your institution's EverTrue administrators. All interaction types and optional details are custom to the institution. Additional solicitors can be added to your interaction only if they are also EverTrue users. 

Only constituents included in your Trip List can be added to an interaction created through a trip.

Once your interaction is saved, it will now display in both your  Trip Log and the constituent's profile as a logged interaction.
