  • A separate set of SFTP credentials are available for the Test Environment upon request.
  • Scheduled exports will be available in the Test Environment.
  • For daily/regular data feeds in the Test Environment, EverTrue supports (within a predetermined time period):

    • Pushed via auto-ingest to validate automated workflows
  • SSO will be required for the Test Environment if it is enabled in Production.
  • Once the Test Environment is available, technical questions are directed to our support team (genius@evertrue.com).

Enrollment & Creation

Before requesting a Test Environment, please speak with the customer success team or your customer success manager. They will advise what fees apply and make the arrangements for the EverCrew to start the configuration.

  • If your organization is in the midst of implementation, the implementation specialist will be the primary point of contact for the configuration of the Test Environment once the customer success team has shared the request.
  • If your organization is Live and not in an active implementation, the customer success team will coordinate with the implementation specialist on the next steps.
  • Once the Test Environment agreement is complete, the implementation specialist will generate the account and invite the test users. From there, the customer will manage and maintain the Test Environment independently, reaching out to support as usual.
