My User Profile

As an EverTrue user, you have your own profile with information about your role at the institution and how you'll interact with EverTrue. Navigate to your Profile by going to the user dropdown menu in the upper-right corner, select Settings and the first tab you land on is "Profile."  

On your profile, you will have the ability to add/edit your...

  • Picture
  • Name (first and last)
  • Email address
  • Job Title
  • Classification1
  • Department2

(1) Classification relates to the function you hold at the institution. For example, do you work with the Annual Fund or Advancement Services?

(2) Departments are pre-loaded into EverTrue. If there are no departments listed or your department isn't available, please contact your EverTrue Owner/Admin who will work with EverTrue Support to populate that list.
