New! Interaction Updates Fall 2018
Over the past few months, EverTrue has been hard at work making updates to our interaction features, most notably the writing experience customization. Here are a few highlights we think you'll love!
Enter an interaction where more than one constituent was present. Begin entering the interaction on the primary constituent's record and add additional constituents below for reference.* Once saved, the interaction will appear on both the primary and non-primary constituent records.
Maximum Additional Constituent - Set a maximum number of additional constituents that can be entered on an interaction. This helps guide the author and sets the number of fields for the interaction CSV export format.
*The Additional Constituents feature must be enabled by your institution's EverTrue admins via EverTrue Support.
Now any solicitor listed on an interaction has the ability to edit that interaction! (Previously only authors were allowed to edit interactions they entered.) This change was made to allow assistants or other team members to draft interactions on behalf of a solicitor, while still giving the solicitor control over the content.
With this enhancement, solicitors have the ability to edit any interaction, imported or not. This is a change from previous assumptions that interactions could only be edited in their original source location, i.e. previously interactions originally entered in your database could not be edited in EverTrue. However, the limitations on editing still hold true for authors at this time.
Maximum Solicitor - Set a maximum number of solicitors that can be entered on an interaction. This helps guide the author and sets the number of fields for the interaction CSV export format.
Interaction Free-form String
Your institution's interaction form can now have a free-form string field where any text value can be entered. To add this type of custom field, contact EverTrue Support.
Filter Interactions by Solicitor
Filter your constituent and interaction data by the Interaction Solicitor. This will return any constituents with an interaction that is marked with the solicitor(s) you indicated. Toggle over to the interactions tab to see interactions marked with the selected solicitor(s).
