Constituent Profile Breakdown

Fully understanding how to view a constituent's profile in EverTrue is crucial in using the Core platform. Let's begin at the top!

Summary Section

In the summary section, you can see the following:Class Year

  • Snapshot of Facebook Data 
  • Snapshot of Giving Data
  • Interactions
  • Capacity Indicators
  • Memberships (Lists, Trips, Teams and Pools the constituent is included in)
  • Recent Proposal (if applicable)
  • My Top Fields (the fields displayed will vary by user, and can be customized by each user to include fields that are most applicable or helpful)

Constituent Information Section

    • Career Information
    • Education
    • Contact Information
  • Donor Information
    • Solicitor Information (if assigned)
    • My Top Fields (the fields displayed will vary by user, and can be customized by each user to include fields that are most applicable or helpful)
  • Relationship Data
  • Similar Constituents Data 
    • A list of constituents from your institution who have a similar demographic makeup of the constituent profile being viewed.  Constituents are separated into Donors and Non-Donors to surface donors who may be under-giving or additional prospective donors 


  • Zillow Median Home Values
  • US Census Data
  • Social Handles
  • Interests
  • Age


Giving History
    • Last Gift 
    • Largest Gift
    • Lifetime Giving
    • Pledge Balance
    • Has Recurring Gift
    • Categorized Giving (optional) - if your organization is importing categorized giving data, you will be able to select your different giving categories via the drop down box above pledge balance. All displayed giving fields will apply to the selected giving category.

Engagement Section

Facebook Data

This section shows you a feed of all interactions (both imported and written in EverTrue, if applicable), as well as EverTrue Comments.  You can filter on these interactions and order the interactions by the date of engagement.


If your institution is bringing over proposal data, this section will show both active and inactive proposals on the constituent.  You can view:
