How do I subscribe to gift alerts?
As an individual user, you can subscribe to gift alerts for any specific giving page. Follow the instructions here to get started.
How do I unsubscribe or manage my page subscriptions?
To quickly unsubscribe to gift alerts, head over to your Settings (found in your user drop-down menu in the top-right corner of your screen). Under Notifications, you will see a section called Giving Page Notifications. From there you can manage all of your subscriptions in one place!
How do I export all of my gifts?
In the Giving Dashboard, head on over to the Gifts tab. From there, you can export all of your gifts or any subset of gifts depending on the filters you've applied, what pages you are viewing data for, and the timeframe you've set in the upper right corner. For more details, click here.
Can I process a gift using a fake email?
Yes. For example, if a donor calls in a gift and you'd like to process it through EverTrue, you are more than welcome to do so. And while your best bet is to actually grab the donor's email and enter it along with their gift, we understand that is not always easy. If you do enter a fake email address, make sure all components of an email are entered, including the @ symbol and a valid domain, e.g. "evertrue.com".
