Annual Giving Playbook (Chapter 4): Track Outreach & Results

Using the  export function in EverTrue , you can use a number of channels to reach your constituents. Remember, EverTrue is one of many tools in your toolbox, so the options are endless! Some examples of outreach using EverTrue insights are below.

  • Email: Identify constituents for whom you do not have an updated physical address and reach out via email asking for updated information.
  • Facebook/social: Pair email outreach with corresponding promoted posts, which you can analyze in EverTrue, or Facebook ads. Facebook allows you to build custom audiences for these types of promotions by uploading lists of email addresses for hyper-targeted outreach.
  • Direct mail: Create a segment of alums in certain class years or capacity and include planned giving information in a direct mail appeal.
