Management: Troubleshooting Community User Authentication
If your constituents are having difficulty authenticating into your Alumni Community, please ask them for the following information so we can better assist them:
- What type of device are they using? E.g. Android, iPhone, iPad, Mac, PC
- If they are using their web browser, which one? E.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer
- What email are they using to sign in? E.g. If LinkedIn, what is the primary email on their LinkedIn account?
- Have they used your EverTrue community previously with another email username?
- Also, please look up your unique ID for their record.
